Guiding Into the Unknown

All of us are leaders to one degree or another. Whether that be leaders of a large group of people working beneath you or a small group or your family or even just a friend or two, there are people in the world who look to each of us for guidance. Being followers of Jesus means that we are actually followers before we are leaders. So how do we connect those following our lead with Jesus when this will oftentimes mean going to places that are unknown and usually uncomfortable knowing that there will be pushback? This will oftentimes mean that we must do something that almost all of us despise doing especially in our day and age: wait.
